Tugboat Necklace (made to order)
Description
I grew up in Leland, where Fishtown was always a part of my story: the weathered docks, the smell of smoked fish, the sound of tourists, and the way the sunsets in the lake hit everything just right. I still remember riding my bike to the Dam candy store nearly every day with pockets full of quarters I scavenged, and later working many summers along the river.
The tugboat is a symbol of joy and memory, and a steady, simple happiness. It carries with it the spirit of that place: hardworking, sacred, and full of preserved history.
This piece is for anyone who feels a pull toward Leland, or any place that still feels like home no matter how much time has passed.

Care
Your piece is handcrafted from sterling and/or fine silver, designed to be loved and worn often.
To keep it shining:
- Store in a dry place or an airtight pouch to slow natural tarnish.
- Avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfume, and harsh chemicals.
- Polish gently with a soft jewelry cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Wear it often! The natural oils from your skin help keep silver bright.
Each piece will develop its own soft patina over time — a mark of its journey with you.
Design
Each Slow Season piece is carefully handcrafted. Natural variations in gemstones ensures that no two stones are alike (if stone is applicable in product). Minor imperfections in design are a hallmark of the handmade process and do not affect the integrity or beauty in your piece.
